Friday Evening – Sunday Morning. Everything is intentionally designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. For now, retreats will be held at various retreat facilities within the tri-state area. Designed for individuals in 12 step programs. Rooted in compassion, not perfection.

- 2 Nights of serene lodging in peaceful, nature-filled settings.
- Nourishing, health-conscious meals provided throughout the weekend.
- Snacks, coffee, tea, beverages available throughout the day to keep you nourished, energized and cozy between sessions.

- Gentle movement, breathwork, and nature integration to support healing from within.
- Guided workshops focused on varying topics.
- Daily rituals for meditation, grounding and reflection.
